Individual Therapy Sessions:

My individual therapy sessions are 55 minutes long and are offered at a rate of $130 per session. Sessions are virtual.

Payment Options:

I accept self-pay through credit cards/debit cards.

Insurance:

While I am currently an out-of-network provider with most insurance companies, I can provide you with a Superbill after each session. You can submit this Superbill to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

To get the most accurate information, contact your insurance company directly and ask about:

• Out-of-network mental health coverage: Do they reimburse for therapy from independent providers?

• Reimbursement rates: What percentage of the session fee will they cover?

• Deductible and copay amounts: Are there any out-of-pocket costs you'll need to pay before reimbursement

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a fee equal to the full cost of the session.

Good Faith Estimate:

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This estimate includes the anticipated costs of treatment based on your individual needs and circumstances.
